

Shane Ecklund
Founder/President/Board of Directors
Shane was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. He moved to Tennessee in 2011 when he and his wife Faith felt the tug to move to the greater Nashville area. Shane has served in several ministry capacities for the better part of 23 years and two different church plants along the way.
For the last 7 years, Shane has had the opportunity to serve the Young Adults of Williamson County and beyond. Currently, Shane serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministry at One Church Home. He is a Co-Founder of “The Collective” and considers it an absolute honor to serve and partner with the Churches of Middle Tennessee to impact the Young Adults of our region.

Faith Ecklund
Founder/Vice-President & Treasurer/Board of Directors
Faith is a worship leader, songwriter and speaker. Her unique story of personal tragedy has opened doors for her to step into her calling to be used by God in ways she could have never imagined. She is a native of Tacoma, WA., and graduate of The University of Washington with a BA in organizational leadership.
Faith came to Nashville with her husband, Shane in 2011. For the last 7 years, she has discipled Young Adults in various walks of life, but passionately in the area of worship. She co-founded The Collective in 2021 with the idea that we could see an incredible movement of people; To see the Church pouring into Young Adults, and equipping them to lead and change the World.

Ian Gilchrist
Board of Directors
Ian is a local Tennessean from the Nashville area. In 2008 he began serving in ministry with Middle Schoolers and he has not looked back since. Ian is married to the love of his life, Amanda, and has four amazing kids. His heart is to see people understand who they are in Christ!
Ian serves as the Sr. Pastor of One Church Home and has been in full time teaching ministry for the last 10 years. He’s a graduate of the National Institute of Christian Leadership and received his Master’s degree in Ministry Leadership from Richmont Graduate University.

Jim Baker
Board of Directors
Jim has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jim currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Nashville Capital Network and the investment committees of NCN Angel Fund II, LP and NCN Partners Fund. He also actively manages family investments in public and private companies and has served on the board of directors of Independence Trust Company and Neighbor MD.
Jim resides in Franklin, TN, with his wife Valerie, and their daughter Victoria, a freshman at Belmont University. Their eldest son Jay and his wife Madison live in Nashville with their grandsons James and Bryce. Jay is an associate with Nashville Capital Network. Their son Jordan also lives in Franklin, TN.

Mark Rampulla

Mark, and his wife LeeAnn, are the founders and senior pastors of Southview Church located in Spring Hill/Thompson’s Station, a diverse multi-generational family of believers committed to walking in freedom, unifying the Church, worshipping boldly, and sharing the love of Jesus.
Family is at the heart of Pastor Mark’s ministry—both in his personal faith journey as a parent of 10 children, but also as spiritual parent in helping to equip the next generation. Mark studied music in college and graduated with a BA in Jazz Studies. Mark and LeeAnn also grew up in NJ and in church together and have been married since 1999.

The Rager’s are new to the CO team (July 23′) and we couldn’t be more thrilled. They love Jesus, want to make Him famous, and they are going to impact this city greatly!

Ashley Barnes
Secretary
Ashley is a Health Coach and Seattle-native, now residing in the great state of Tennessee with her very handy husband, Richard, and their super cute, baseball-loving son, Landon.
In 2013 Ashley graduated from Champions Centre Leadership College in Tacoma, WA with an Associate’s in Church Leadership & Ministry. Hospitality is her jam. She loves to make people laugh and most importantly, feel welcomed. Ashley can often be found if you just listen for the very distinct, and super loud laughter coming from across the room, store, or town. She’s also got a knack for keeping things organized, so naturally, she was appointed as the Secretary of The Collective to put her gifting to good use!
